My Mother

In honor of Mother’s Day, I decided to post this picture of her. I painted her when I was a senior in high school. It’s a little wonky, but it’s pretty dang close to what she looks like. I am incredibly proud of how this turned out.

This is another piece that I made with the help of DragoArt. Similarly to the Winnie the Pooh drawing I made, this was a little bit more difficult to draw. The old pencil lines are barely just visible because I remember having to erase a bunch of times just to get this drawing right. This one is one of my favorites from when I drew a lot, way back when.

Abstract Flower

I created this drawing for a Fundamentals class at a college when I was in high school. We had to create a design with four different sections using lines. I decided to draw a flower because I felt it was easier to altercate different designs with the same type of style in each section.

Winnie the Pooh

I don’t remember when I drew this, if I had to guess, it would probably be around 7th or 8th grade. I think overall it’s drawn well, but if I was being picky like I normally am, the hive could be better. It’s just a simple chibi Winnie the Pooh that I found on DragoArt to try an draw.

Abstract Lights

I took a Fundamentals class at a college when I was still in high school. I don’t remember the premise of this assignment, but I assume it has to do with playing with horizontal and vertical lines. I also think we had to play with the width of the lines as well. I think this is one of my favorites out of the projects. I can definitely tell I didn’t use the ruler well, haha.

In honor of one of my all-time favorite animes getting a remake, Fruits Basket! Today they came out with an episode of the show, and I thought to dedicate this older drawing of Kyo. I drew this a very long time ago, it’s not the best drawing but I’m still grateful that I attempted to do it.

I remember drawing this when I was probably in 8th grade. I used to help me draw this girl step by step, and I still really like this drawing today. What I like about the website is that it give you a guide to draw the whatever you want, but still continue to draw it in your own style.
